There is only one God, existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that God is the Father of all that exists.
We believe that God sent his only son, Jesus Christ, to live and die for our sins. His rise to life is the ultimate victory over death and Satan.
We believe that the Holy Spirit, creates faith through God's Word and the Sacraments. These three persons of the Trinity are equal and eternal, one God.
As a Lutheran, accept the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther that inspired the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century.
- God loves all people of the earth, even though they are sinful and rebel against Him and are not worthy of His love. He sent his son Jesus, to love us unconditionally and to save the ungodly.
- By His suffering and death on the cross, Jesus won forgiveness and eternal life for us. Those who hear the Good News and believe, have eternal life. God creates faith in Christ and gives us forgiveness.
- The Bible is God's infallible Word. It is God's Law and His Gospel of salvation.
